This is a 4 session course designed to -
Week 2 - Oct 16th -Perfect movements from selected test
Week 3 - Oct 23rd -Warm up routine and practice riding the test
Week 4 - Oct 28th -Ride test for judge, discuss and re-ride key movements.
The course is aimed at all those who want to practice dressage test riding in a staged and un pressured environment. For young, inexperienced and spooky horses there is the chance to 'warm up' in one school and then ride a test within white boards in a second school simulating real competition conditions. We will use video to compare 'before' and 'after' so that you can clearly see the improvements made. By the end of the course not only will you have had the chance to ride a new test in front of a listed judge but you will know if you are ready to ride at the selected level in competition, where your strengths are and what areas need more work. You will be able to compare your test sheet with the video of your test. You will also have a 'tool box' of exercises to continue to practice to perfect your performance and hopefully had a lot of fun!
Tea, coffee and biscuits available.
We will use both indoor and outdoor schools.
